Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 7, 2026
“We,” “us,” and “Automatism Works” refer to the operator of this website, related payment and account pages, and the IG DM Sender browser extension (the “Services”). This policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use our website, create or manage a PRO account, pay for a subscription, or use extension features (including optional AI-assisted tools).
The extension interacts with instagram.com only as you direct it; we do not control Instagram. You must comply with Instagram’s Terms of Use, Community Guidelines, and applicable laws when sending messages.
If you use AI Tweak, your message template text (the draft in the extension), your PRO verification token, and a UI language / locale tag are sent to our servers and forwarded to third-party AI providers (currently Google Gemini and/or Groq) solely to generate Spintax-style suggestions. We do not use this feature to train our own models; those providers process content under their own terms and privacy notices—please review them if you use AI Tweak.
Do not include passwords, financial data, government ID numbers, health information, or confidential third-party data in templates you submit to AI Tweak unless you accept the risk of that content being processed offshore by subprocessors.
We may receive limited information from payment partners, fraud-prevention services, or public sources to verify transactions or protect the Services.
We do not sell your personal information in the conventional sense of selling lists to data brokers. We do not use AI Tweak submissions to sell advertising profiles.
We and our subprocessors may process data in the United States and other countries where we or they operate. Those countries may have different data-protection laws than your own. By using the Services, especially features that call cloud APIs (account checks, AI Tweak), you acknowledge that such processing may occur across borders.
We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution needs. Server logs and operational backups are rotated or deleted on schedules appropriate to their purpose. If you stop using paid features, some records may remain for a period to document subscription history.
We use industry-standard measures (including encryption in transit for web traffic, access controls, and vetted payment processors) to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; you are responsible for keeping your device and accounts safe.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal information, or to object to certain uses. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below. We may need to verify your request. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country.
The Services are not directed to children under 16 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. For material changes, we may provide additional notice (e.g. in the extension or by email). Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires otherwise.
